How Fansector Roofing Works and Gets Paid

Last updated: October 2026

You deserve to know how Fansector Roofing works and how we earn money. This disclosure explains our role. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Referral Is All We Do

Fansector Roofing is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent roofing providers. We do not inspect roofs, repair them, replace them, fix storm or hail damage or perform any other roofing service.

When you call the number on this site or send a form, your call or request may go to an independent provider or to a marketing partner that works with providers in your area.

How We Earn Money

Providers or marketing partners may pay Fansector Roofing for the calls, form submissions or other referrals we send their way. The payment may depend on factors such as how long a call lasts or whether it is answered. We may be paid even if you never hire the provider.

This payment does not change what a provider charges you. You pay the provider directly for any work you agree to, at the prices the provider sets.

Providers Stand on Their Own

Providers are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents or partners of Fansector Roofing. Each one alone is responsible for:

  • Its estimates, pricing and terms
  • The quality and timing of its work
  • Its warranties, permits, licenses and insurance
  • How it communicates and behaves with you

Being connected with a provider is not an endorsement, and it is no promise about their work. Because of how we are paid, the provider you reach may depend on which providers are part of our network at that time.

The Decision Is Yours

You never have to hire a provider we connect you with. Ask questions, check credentials, request a written estimate and compare other quotes before you decide.

Recorded Calls

Calls made through this site may be tracked and, in some cases, recorded for quality, verification and billing purposes.
